This command rotates the whole object with respect to the XYZ axes, so that the selected vertex, edge or face rotates to the bottom.
If a face is selected, the normal to the face will be rotated until it is parallel to -Y. Vertices and edges become centered on -Y. The object should be centered on the origin before rotating vertices or edges to the top, but this is not important for faces.
