Clean Up Project command (Tools Menu)

This command completely cleans a project by executing all the ‘clean-up’ commands.  It issues these commands in the following order --- Ban Lone Vertices, Cull Vertices, Cull Faces, Renumber Vertices and Renumber Faces.

The toolbar icon (below) is meant to represent a scrubbing brush.
