What’s This? command (Help Menu)

This command displays the context-help cursor, which is an up-arrow next to a question mark (see the toolbar button, below). Alternatively, click on the context help button in the Standard Toolbar to obtain the context-help cursor. Just move this cursor over the menu command, toolbar button, dialog box, etc., and click the left mouse button to obtain a pertinent help screen.
A context-sensitive help screen may also be obtained by moving the normal mouse pointer over the required object and pressing the F1 key.
